Startek - as a company needs to work on improving compensation bucket for liable employees. Employees are working hard to balance both work & family life as well as to support the family - but as a company - compensation benefits are very low and even somtimes not at all upto the mark.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Haven't received hike in salary as per commitment & working skill. Got moved to a different LOB but, there is no salary hike for movement. Single handedly handling the process but at the end having zero compensation benefits from company. This is causing demotivation,causing restrictions frm within
