No appraisal is demotivating us. wer worked with 100% efficacy and lateron we were informed for 0 increment with 0 garuntee of increment in 2025

What are some of the best things about your team?

I do not "look forward" to interacting with them, but I do enjoy interacting with them. We are in a very friendly and healthy work environment in our LOB.
