The atmosphere is light and it's not hard to work with them
What makes you most happy at work?
Salary (even thought it could be better), Environment, and the Workload, specifically in the NTC3 department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like since we are expedited from the main T-Mobile sites and we work overseas, we don't get the pay that is meant for us. They pay dedicated by T-Mobile (USA) per agents.
