I like about the leadership is when they are responsive when the agents have a concern regarding the process/work.

The most positive environment I think here in company is so many entertainment like RNR they have monthly agenda

When I have a close friend so I can motivate to work and the most happy at work when wages

I like this new team because I feel comfortable and not being super pressured. If I have a concern they are responsive to help.
