Being new in BPO this company is somewhat recommended base on experience reps tend to just finish their training here then tends to resign after that to have higher compensation just so that they could put the experience on their resume.

With the tasks that was given to SME/QD/CSR2 and the role that the company gave them; the compensation shouldn't be the same or just a little bit higher as to those with normal agents. That's why the support team is declining in terms of work ethics and professionalism. Support here was just a title
