Our working environment is we're family, we spend more time with each other thru work, than our families.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm already 8 years here but tenure ship is not valued, because new recruits have the same salary as we are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Actually the compensation part is the worst, especially for us, I've been working 8 yrs. but our compensation is aligned with newbies.
