Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like Startek to consider increasing our salaries. We are required to learn a lot of new things and are constantly overwhelmed with tasks, yet there has been no improvement in the compensation for agents to reflect this increased workload and skill development.
