The programs are great as we have sometime to relax and get enjoyment inside the floor
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be better if there will be a salary increase that will benefit all employees. As we are suffering from high inflation in the country

Since I am moved to ntc 2 Iam very excited to share my knowledge to my colleagues specially to those who most need the help. I just remembered with them they first time I started in the bpo
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they handle the team. About how they listen to each side of the story to make sure that they are fair and just with each employee they handle to. I commend EM Joms for doing the best that he can to maintain an peaceful and happy environment.
