I like my job, I have been provided with great opportunities but there is a very negative impression in the country about Startek, and instead of making significant changes to improve this, nothing is done revert this. We had a planning session and no follow ups have been done, not really.

My peers, my team, my agents, my LOB.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the camaraderie, how we are aligned in the same objectives for our line of business and the interest we have to support each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything is done without transparency, there is not a clear idea on how the company is being guided. I have tried to engage and support my leaders but it has become exceedingly hard for me to be motivated to work here if nothing changes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have built a great environment in my LOB, that has made me feel comfortable in my role and work. As for the company itself, I feel neutral on this, they have tried to make some changes but it's hard to be engaged if Sr Leaders are not engaged with us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have no retirement plan in place so it makes me rethink my future and look for opportunities somewhere else. Overhead salaries are not fair, we have no incentives, no growth opportunities and although I appreciate leaning at the end of the day; this is a job and we need to be rewarded accordingly
