I like the camaraderie, how we are aligned in the same objectives for our line of business and the interest we have to support each other.
Everything is done without transparency, there is not a clear idea on how the company is being guided. I have tried to engage and support my leaders but it has become exceedingly hard for me to be motivated to work here if nothing changes.
We have built a great environment in my LOB, that has made me feel comfortable in my role and work. As for the company itself, I feel neutral on this, they have tried to make some changes but it's hard to be engaged if Sr Leaders are not engaged with us.
We have no retirement plan in place so it makes me rethink my future and look for opportunities somewhere else. Overhead salaries are not fair, we have no incentives, no growth opportunities and although I appreciate leaning at the end of the day; this is a job and we need to be rewarded accordingly
