Overall it's fine. That said, every ops support transition affected my personal time, working hours and energy. It's really consuming.

Multicultural and events. There's a room for improvement of environment (PC, bathroom, AC, EV, etc)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Strict hiring process. So many people who struggle mental health join and it's unfair that ops teams are responsible for it.
