Employee Recognition and Appreciation. When employees feel valued for what they contribute, their morale.When employees feel valued for what they contribute, their morale rises. Valuing employees also strengthens their sense of belonging and purpose

coworkers need to understand the jobs given. and the quality of the person are the main point to hire. Recruitment need more selective in terms of hiring staff, not everybody can fit the jobs untill its done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need more and intensive training for leadership. how to deliver cristism without harsh, asking staff opinions with being defensive. As many company promoting work life balance, making staff work more hours or stay up for additional works. its show incompetrncy in organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
underpaid is the best words. as we facing more challenging in work and living cost spike, staff need more appreciation in terms of salary increament for those who serves more than 2 years in company. agree or not. Money are the best motivation.
