Our floor is filled up with mixed race and it gives so many different inputs and i think it is a positive side effect.

Since our TL's operation (motivation towards work) isn't exactly what we would appriciate, our team cover that area and i think everyone is trying to maintain the operation as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Replace the TL of IRT team. Shes toxic and thats the whole reason why so many people resigning at the same time. For those who are still hired won't survive that long at this rate.
