Its a work that can help me with living but not enough because there are times that i felt i should get higher compensation and at times that im feeling that number is much more important than what we are feeling.

Nothing. Just doing what i can everyday

They are nice, i think so

I like how my manager always checks on me and how she approach us in nicest way as possible even i mess things up at times
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are nice but there are times that i still feel that they are not being real but i guess thats how normal people should be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well not to compare with other company but, here in startek we are being underpaid for the tasks and expecation who we are grateful for the experience but what we need is higher compensasion to live in real world.
