What are some of the best things about your team?
Being a 494 team I can assure that even we are not perfect we have a lot of differences individual. We have one goal to be legit and fair in all aspect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a tenured employee, I observed that the salary for some newly hired are higher than the tenured one. It makes us unvalued because we are now never receiving any salary increase unlike before like OPR.
