What does the leadership team need to get better at?

work out on better benefits such as bonus and increments. recognize performing employees and promote them. Dont wait for retrenchment and counter offer upon resignation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

1. feeling under-recognized, was been rated lower while performing good by giving reason 'lets give a chance for another colleague this year'. 2. Even rated excellent/good, was not paid good. 3. increase medical limit. as the price increase, company have to consider in increasing the annual limit.
