Prohibited from office politics, do not just bluff on what you will do but never take action. Voice out and do the action, not do nothing

Office politics, supervisor does not listen to our feedback what, did not hire new person when someone tender resignation, only take action when SL fails drastically
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upgrade pmcare plan to cover optical services, provide parking allowance as the parking fee raises every year but the salary doesnt. No rest area in company, only rnr for eating, level 1 only for interview, no place to rest and take a nap.
