What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee health and benefit. I believe the work environment can be improved by strenghtening employee health support and benefits. Better work-life balance, stress management, wellness initiatives, and inproved employee benefits/compensation would help increase morale, and overall job satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation given is barely enough to keep a healthy life when comes to spending on medical bills which which some of the check up is not covered under the medical card receive as a perks for the company employee. Furthemore it is insufficient for Gym subscription to maintain a healthy body.
