when I started in the wf department I really enjoy my job, I have supportive leaders who help me to improve and escalate to the next levels, but lately I don't feel that, there was a lot of changes and that make me feel lost

perhaps we have a lot of changes in the department, they are always there to help when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Limited growth opportunities, I don't see a path for advancement or skill development, instead of promotions they are hiring externals and that's feel unfair
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If they are considering organizational changes within the department, they need to have a clear and well-thought-out plan before implementing the new structure. If the new structure does not work as expected, it could have a significant impact on the entire team.
