Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our base compensation, bonuses, and company equity could be higher. I think there is wiggle room in the Exec Team's bonuses to lose a few % points.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I genuinely believe that we are cared for by our leaders. If someone isn't feeling well and needs a mental health day, it is encouraged to do that and come back feeling refreshed.
