Good Health Insurance Policy. There is no variable pay component Good part is we can opt for minimum PF deduction

I'm grossly underpaid (20-25%) for the market and position I'm in.

I am concerned about my compensation because it was not as per the industry market. As a Technical Support person , I am doing more than L2 and what I am getting is L1 level support compensation. I have learned all the Suki products within short span of time and being customer focused always.

Good at Multitasking - Need to analysis issues, chart Support, helping other teams(Ops team) simultaneously. Sometimes a single person handles multiple customer issues. Adaptable - Flexible to work in any shifts.

Open communication: No hidden agenda, no secrets, having an environment of open communication is another one of the signs of a positive company culture. Suki is always top of that. Employee Care: Especially about their problems. Suki has HRBP concept to listen the employees concerns.
