All the small perks that add up. Beutiful campus, tasty and discounted food, fun and interactive store, salon, medical center.

Healthcare hasn't gone up in the past few years even though rates overall go up, Sweetwater does what they can so our individual rates aren't increased. I SO appreciate that!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hired in someone is getting paid more than me that has less qualifications than I do, and they said that.

I would be happy with a bonus program if they were to keep my salary the same. I feel like I do more than what they pay me. My role is in general I always give 100% and am open to correction/criticism whenever it is given!

A popular saying around the company is "it depends". Nothing is really ever set in stone here; I don't feel like there are quantifiable goals to strive for, especially as a salaried employee. I feel like 'how good of a job I'm doing' is all based on feelings and vibes only.

There is a severe lack of privacy among the workspace. Additionally, as a non-musician working at a music company, I often feel left out (I guess that might be my own fault)
