My direct Managers really care about my wellbeing and making sure I am taken care of. Both Mentally and making sure I have the tools that I need to be successful at my job. Higher up I am afraid I dont have the same amount of love. There seems to be a shift into being more Corporate and bottom line

Compensation is not just fair for our industry, but even better when viewed through the lens of Fort Wayne's low cost of living. Paychecks stretch a lot farther here than in any of our competitor's hometowns.

Employee discount is what I appreciate the most. Health insurance/PTO/401K is a given in any competive environemt at this point.

I love the yearly health screening that can actually lower your coverage rates if you meet the criteria. I also love that every year our rates are getting lower which is always good. Everything about it is just wonderful for me. No complaints.

I have been with this company almost a decade. Living expenses have gone up dramatically (up to double in a lot of case) and even with promotions, my pay has only risen 30%. I definitely struggle financially, even in "the most affordable city"
