I am in Sales and mgmt is overloading our annual targets to limit variable payout. Mgmt does not consider market status, they simply do top doen budget push.

Sales Managers commission acceleration rate should be higher - it is a practice followed across industry. RSU should be as per the role/Sales Manager/Directors responsibility.

Most successful companies give RSUs to their employees. Promotions, raises, and hiring needs to be fair. Quarterly feedback should be encouraged. Feedback should be transparent and not vague.
