
Everything. They need to either close the store or get new managers and better employees.
Management was very nice and welcoming until after being hired, then proceeded to show their true colors.
Hostile work environment, the rules are different, depending on your skin color, even if you are doing the same things. Needs new management, including District management, that does not call employees by their skin color, but by their name.
Employees Not being able to get away with drinking on the job would be a great start, and higher management listening to our concerns when we see employees drinking on the job would be great too. And treating everyone equally, regardless of race or color would be fantastic.
