I am one of the few consistent employees, im sick of being left with employees calling in because they dont feel they are appreciated. I do all of the behind the scenes stuff and still havent gotten my sign on bonus. Im quitting soon.

I do so much stuff behind the scenes, show up every day im scheduled I bust my butt and still cannot really pay my bills
