I have left the company as i was getting bullied by the manger and some staff as well. other staff are getting bullied and no-one is prepared to speak up because they need a job. my mental health has suffered and nobody cares. i left because of this. others stay for the job but get bullied daily
What did you like most about the interview process?
all was ok until the one who interviewed me ended up being the bully
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
like I've mentioned get rid of the bullies that work for you and it will be a better place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
knowing that the leadership has been changed so no-one is bullied in the job they love to do. bullies are the worst people to have working for your company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
remove him from the job and get a new leadership that does not bully staff in front of customers or other staff members. someone who cares about there job and staff
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
leadership bullies in front of customers which has a negative impact on new customers coming to the restaurant. word spreads throughout the customer in what they see and hear in this restaurant. some customers have told me why work here
