I feel as though we do not get paid enough so most of us that work at taco bell as adults have to get second jobs, but at tgis point there are no incentives gor me to stay i have a list of other things thats wrong with the establishment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager alway wants blame night shift fof anything that goes wrong but she keeps hiring who have subtance abuse problems and letting mid shift leave before somewhat cleaning up the store
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to retrain managers do theyll know hos to better communicate with each other and other crew members. We need to pay everyone more that way more people be will ing to stay and promise you the quality of wofkers will go up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like when i come in to work i always work my butt just for others to make me and the other night shift members work harder, i think taco bell needs to be starting crew members at atleast $14/hr and intead of putting money into new cameras put it into the workers that really drive the busines
