I was promised a bonus after 90 days, a jacket and a belt. I have received none of these after being there for over a year. I've worked without breaks on 8 hour shifts because they're short handed. I only stay there because its close to my house and the schedule works around my school hours

Mostly students my age and we share a lit of the same interests
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The shift managers stand around gossiping crew members in front of workers and customers brings morale down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im undervalued at my Taco Bell job because they have not kept their promises of bonuses to me
