Pretty cool, can't say much since I'm just a minor. Although, fellow minor coworkers are getting paid more than me, there aren't any issues I've had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, helpful, funny, and energize me whenever I come into work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are tight, fun to be around, and appeal to most of the people who work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Others around me get paid a dollar or so more than I do, and I guess it "makes sense" since I can only work on the weekends, but it still feels wrong, I don't know.
