What I like best is when everyone does get along with other store and enployeees but so far in my store none of that happens
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The postive is we try our best to motivate everyone inventives i even go out of my way get them stuff they want when its been a rough day as well as when they are upset. That or we talkt o them some of them just want afvice and to be heard and valued treated like family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have really good kids that just want experience who want to learn. I have also adults wanting a full time job and a decent pay. They all work wonderfully they all know their part and they are all really noce to the customers in the store we get about 60$ tips a day. They are genuine good workers
