Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise pay to that of the starting pay. It's unfair for someone who just got hired to be making more than employees hired before the new person
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are 3 good employees at my workplace that I enjoy working with. One of them being a shift lead who works hard despite what's thrown at her.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The training at the store is horrible but not compared to the employees disregarding the training. Managers constantly running out of product causing employees to get cussed at or wrote up for not having product available to customers
