Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not specifically me, but maybe if supervisors made more than closing staff they would be a little more motivated to do better and stop disappearing on shift
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are too few hard workers that are willing to work anymore. The slacking has gotten too bad and the hard workers are given the most hard time from the managers
