Obvious favorites are chosen. Ill have to be the one running around like a chicken with its head cut off just to make sure we dont run out of food. Usually the manager and other coworkers just sit in tye office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we are able to get an unbiased GM that can choose the right calls and promote the right behaviour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hard workers arent liked because to the lazy people we are just "complaining" but we really need to get this fixed
