The sheer amount of tasks, duties, and speed of service requirements are NOT reflective of the wage I recieve, nor the wages other coworkers of mine receive. This job is a joke
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the coworkers have good attitudes and can handle high stress environments, all while being comfortable with being pair bottom of the barrel wages for their efforts. Fast food employees have to physically move very quickly and out up with all kinds of issues
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Rapport and morale notably. Also, refusing to allow a minor to work off the clock. One employee, a high school student, was working 6 or 7 hours a week every week that he was not getting paid for. The owner and managers all completely disregarded this because of their bottom line
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are consistently waiting for 45+ minutes when ordering from the drive thru. Even when workers move fast on the line, cars can take over 15 minutes to receive their food, and keeping your car in idle for almost an hour after ordering, in this economy especially, just shouldn't be tolerated.
