The only positive aspect are the customers. Most often they provide a passing relief from the oppressive nature of the workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers make me happy and laugh the majority of the time. The main reason I stay is because of the customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to work on their attitude towards each other and customers. Coworkers will cuss at each other and on occasion the customers. Treat each other with respect. We are a team we should act like one.
