They need to improve on everything. There is no training, they need help

The place is infested with Rats and Mold. There staff is not trained nor do they care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. There is no training! No structure , no leadership, THERS RATS AND MOLD. This place needs to be shut down
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because no one here cares about there jobs let alone yours, the do what ever they want and have no issues serving people contaminated food that could make them very sick! This place needs to be shut down
