What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Replace the GM, managers need to take more authority over people not doing their jobs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers can bring positivity some staff and shift managers... negative environment comes from the GM always complaining about how much he doesn't like his job and he doesn't properly do his job at all
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
GM messing with people's worked hours taking hours away from people to keep them from getting OT when we've had no other choice but to work, my past 2 checks has been short on hours worked but this 2nd time I'm very upset and mad my check was 22hrs short and nothing done about it but I got fired
