What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To have an interview process all they do is call you you want to work you work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know I've been there for 3 years and I'm still paid the same as someone who just starts I'm very underpaid and we are always understaffed so I'm doing two or three people's jobs but not compensated for it
