What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing, every day i work in an extremly toxic environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently HR messed up my payroll and had my hourly rate double, going from a measly $14 to $28 an hour. I had finally felt that I was being paid fairly but allas it was all a dream. A month after while I was on vacation my gm had called me saying payroll wants your check to reinburse THEIR mistake.
