I will work but I don't like to be discriminated against because of my color I am black

Working blacks and whites together my manager won't work me because I am black and a white girl told her that she didn't want to work with me so I have to take the night shift and drive from Roland to New York and get home about 2:00 or 3:30 every morning
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's nothing else positive about the company they took my position and gave it to a Caucasian young 8 hours and gave my hours to another white person so that white girl will be comfortable working with that white person so I get the junk hours that way I will have to drive being a black lady
