What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like to b around the customers and I like to keep my work done. I don't like to get behind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No, I should not of rated my manager highly. She does not treat me like the rest of the employees. She let's them do the job she hired me to do
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like she would give me a chance to proof I could do the job, but 2 days of working she took all my jobs away from me and told me not to show up but 1 day a week and for only 2 hours. I was cut from 8 hours a week to 2 hours per week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
She has caregivers that take ger and pick her up. 99% of the time they tell her to go home after an hour. She then has to find someone to pick her up, because her staff has assumed she will be at work until 11. They are abusing her because she is mentally handicap. We have contacted an attorney!
