What are some of the best things about your team?
I am never treated badly, just never included in the "team". Always excluded by management and team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought the manager was very nice and understood my handicap, but later was very hurt by the way I was treated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Of course, I was undervalued. I was treated worse than even an animal. I was cut from 8 hours a week to 2 hours a week and then sometimes when I would show up for work be told they didn't need me. Never even a call before.
