Serena (manager) is very unprofessional. She talks about employees behind their back and then says " if you don't like it then quit" she made fun of am employees mental illness who suffered from schizophrenia... which probably lead to his incarceration. So much to say but I have word limitations

Co workers are cool,young, and full of potential. and customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offer part and full time employees benefits not only managers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A better leader who doesnt throw stones and hide her hands because she is cool with the owner and prefers employees quit so she doesn't have to own up to her lack of leadership skill and also so she doesn't have to take accountability for what she has said.
