What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop talking so much trash, do their jobs, stop complaining, stop screaming at eachother for no reason and stop outcasting people for being diffrent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked there for a little under a year and was basically a team lead without being paid, they had me train like 13 people without being trained or compensated for it and they treated me like I was stupid even though I could do everything there and so much more and I was good and fast at it.
