They try to get the work done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't get any benefits because I don't get the hours to avoid confrontation so I work the hours around it. I still need the money
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Development of the staff and providing time for training during they schedule time. The training material says that you can't stay past your time without permission of the manager in charge.
