What are some of the best things about your team?
I can get along with most of them, thier like family.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better attitudes, stop picking out people and not others, having understandings for certain situations, better management skills, better schedules
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work so hard, i dont get seen. I got my hours cut because i have an "attiude" yet everyone jn there has an attitude worse then me. Its very frusting. I get picked out on everything
