The team members work really hard an always support eachother an help eachother
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers they need to speak respectful to team members not yell and cuss at them. Also, they need to stop speaking inappropriately in front of them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers being inappropriate and rude all the teams ask if they can treat us better an not to be inappropriate we should be able to go to work and feel safe instead our managers are being inappropriate
