I worked at the Porterville Ca store, the manager had her favorites, she would schedule me at a certain time then send me home early because there wasn't work. She would yell at us when somethinf wasnt done her way. Worst of all she would go in smelling of Weed daily.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at communication, not yelling at employees because things are not done their way and calling them incompetent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager needs to learn how to train new hires with a positive attitude. It seemed like she hated her job, I was only working there a few weeks and she would call me Incompetent when i wasnt trained correctly.
