I was determined to have a disability by management and they decided I was not worth the effort and that my cognitive ability was below standard to work for the company. Although I have an extensive history of successful business management prior to being here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers are the only part of the job. I was excited about the opportunity to bring forth a restaurant into the community but I was unable to fulfill this dream.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being respectful of others, how to train and develop. They do not operate by code. They have clicks and favorites. They encourage a disrespectful environment throughout the crew to push others out as a source of weeding people out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought we shared a vision of culture and values. I was so excited and genuinely believed this was a blessing. I was very excited for the opportunity and the brand. I had so many plans and was ready to really embrace the "live mas"
