Look at modern businesses that are successful and bring the ideas with people focused rather than result as better people will get them better results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great Personnel but old-fashioned polices don't attract new modern employees resulting in a very retro-style workforce. Even if they manage to attract young ones - they are lost quickly.
